Alex Alvear Uses "Microfunding" To Cover Costs To Self-Produce New CD.

Ecuadorian musician and composer Alex Alvear (http://www.alexalvear.com/) was interviewed this week for NPR's Latino USA to talk about his microfunding project called the "Hector Fund". He is paying for the costs of recording a new album with donations from fans.
